Author registrations are now closed. Registrations for attendees will be open till MAY 26, 2024.
Registrations for this conference will be handled through EDAS registration system.
For each paper, at least one of the authors (co-authors) must pay a FULL registration. Discounts on registration fees are available and will appear on the registration system in case of multiple papers registered and presented by the same registrant once a full registration has been finalized. Registrations for general attendees (and related fees) will be published after April 26, 2024 and will close on May 12, 2024.
The registration options for IEEE GEM 2024 are reported below. Fees are shown without Value Added Tax (VAT). In accordance with the IEEE International LLC's registration, VAT will be added to the fees and show up in the invoice as appropriate.
Registrants will be allowed not to pay VAT only if they provide a valid Italian VAT ID during the registration in EDAS. Other registrants have to select a registration a “PLUS VAT” registration rate. If a registration rate “WITHOUT VAT” is selected but a valid Italian VAT ID is not provided, registration will be canceled.

The FULL registration gives access to all the technical sessions, tutorials & workshops, lunches, and coffee breaks included in the conference program, as well as to the social activities planned on the evening of the first conference day (June 5) and the Gala dinner on the second conference day (June 6).

The CONFERENCE ACCESS (3 days) registration gives access to all the technical sessions, tutorials & workshops, lunches, and coffee breaks included in the conference program. Social event on the first day and Gala Dinner on the second day are NOT Included.
The ONE-DAY registration gives access for a single day to all the technical sessions, tutorials & workshops, lunches, and coffee breaks included in the conference program. Social events potentially happening on the selected day are NOT Included.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be requested by writing to chairs@ieee-gem2024.org . If you are unable to arrange a replacement, it will be possible to request a 50% refund until 11th May 2024 @ 23:59 AoE. (VAT cannot be refunded).
