Industry Forum Proposals
The IEEE Gaming, Entertainment, and Media (GEM) conference is excited to invite academics and industry professionals to show their views and cutting-edge developments at IEEE GEM 2024.
Industry Forum is intended as a meeting open to the conference attendees to discuss matters of common interest to both industry and academia.

Topics of Interest
We are looking for Industry Forums on the topics of IEEE GEM 2024
Proposal Format
Contributions to the Industry Forum can be in the form of presentations, lectures, success stories, or panel group discussions. Each contribution should expect to be allocated about 30 minutes at the conference. Panel groups will consist of a moderator and 3 to 4 speakers who have industry and/or academic expertise in the selected topic. Each discussion could be followed by Q&As, though other schema could also be proposed. The preferred proposal file format is ppt or pdf. For submissions, please submit the initial version of the contribution that includes the following information:
Title. Of the proposed Industry Forum contribution
Name, affiliation, and email address of the proposed speaker(s)
Biographies. Brief biography of each speaker
Abstract. An abstract of 150 words or less
Description. Draft outline and content of the contribution
Important Dates
Submission deadline: January 31, 2024 March 4, 2024
Notification of acceptance: Within one week from submission
